What to expect

Three things, then quiet

  1. Now: the download page unlocks and the confirmation email arrives with the PDF link.
  2. In about a week: a short feedback form by email — around ten questions, roughly eight minutes. The last question asks whether you'd be open to a 45-minute call; "written feedback only" is a perfectly fine answer.
  3. After that: a personal thank-you naming one specific thing that changed because of your feedback. No drip campaign, no upsell sequence.

If you join and then realise you don't have the bandwidth, reply to any email and say so — genuinely fine.
